Product Description

  • Compatible with 2020-2023 Isuzu D-Max

Introducing our off-road design fender flare kit, consisting of 6 pieces and providing an extra 30-40mm of wheel coverage. Each kit includes a full inner wheel arch bolt kit, ensuring secure installation with additional screws provided at no extra cost.

Fitment:

  • Rear flares utilize existing bolts and clips in the wheel arch and mudflap. Simply remove the adhesive strip cover, position the flare, and apply firm pressure along the edges for secure attachment.

  • Front flares require mounting the rear section first using provided bolts and clips. Align the front section with the rear and mark the positions for additional inner guard mount clips. Drill the holes, mount the clips, and attach the front section. Once aligned, tighten screws and apply firm pressure along the adhesive strip edges for proper adhesion.

Constructed from quality ABS material, our flare kits are designed to withstand off-road conditions and provide optimal protection against debris. The off-road design not only enhances the rugged appearance of your vehicle but also ensures practical functionality.

Additionally, our colored flares are painted to match Isuzu color codes, although slight variations in color may occur between the plastic flare and the guard.

We often receive inquiries about the legality of our stick-on flares for Australian 4WD vehicles. Here are some common questions and their answers, backed by research from the Government website "Infrastructure & Vehicle Regulations."

  • Are flares illegal?
No. According to the "National Code Of Practice For Light Vehicle Construction & Modification," flared extensions may be added to original mudguards. There are no restrictions on their design or size.

  • Can I just stick the flares on with 3M tape?
No. The document specifies that the new section must be securely fixed, not just adhered with tape.

  • Are the flares too wide to pass a pit inspection?
No. There are no restrictions on the design or size of the flares, as long as they are securely fixed and meet other specified requirements.

It's also crucial to consider insurance implications. If a stick-on flare comes off while driving and causes an accident, insurance companies may use this as a reason not to pay out. So, ensuring the secure installation of the flares is essential for safety and peace of mind.
